Most people are familiar with the following speeches that would be considered multicultural because they were given by African-Americans and Native-Americans.

• Martin Luther King Jr's I Have a Dream
• Chief Seattle's Treaty Oration 1854
• Malcolm X's The Ballot or the Bullet
• Chief Joseph's I Will Fight No More Forever
